Crafted from iron, Alabaster Stone, aluminum, stainless steel and brass with a black and an oil-based Brass finish.
Includes 97 Alabaster Tiles.
Damp UL-listed for use indoors, or in a protected outdoor area.
Compatible with dimmer switch.
Accommodates twelve 40W, type B standard bulbs or LED equivalent.
Imported.

CARE

Wipe clean using a soft, dry cloth or static duster.
Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives as they may damage the finish.
Do not exceed specified wattage.
Using Damp Rated Products Outdoor: Outdoor damp rated fixtures can only be used in covered, fully protected locations that are not directly exposed to water, even during storms. Outdoor Damp Locations include covered patios and covered porches that are fully protected from water, even during storms.

Hardwired; professional installation recommended.

Warranty Policy

Product warranty: all our products have a 2-year warranty (except bulbs). Please rest assured. If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time support@oasislamp.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours. We will communicate specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge (we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).

Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components. Kindly ensure proper care and storage of the fixture while waiting for the replacement parts. Please understand that product problems caused by man-made damage or natural disasters do not comply with our warranty policy. We are very happy to solve customers' problems because we attach great importance to customers' product experience.
